Suds up 2x per day
Wash your face once in the morning and once at night
Wipe off Makeup
Remove your makeup first, then wash your face with your cleanser.
Clean before Exercising
If you are workout, wash your face BEFORE working out to remove makeup or any built-up dirt and immediately AFTER working out to clear sweat-clogged pores
Clean face with oil (even oily skin types too) that works for your skin type — coconut, grapeseed, and olive are common — by gently massaging onto the skin and wiping away with a soft washcloth soaked in lukewarm water.
Dip in Cool Water
Stick to lukewarm or cool water. Hot water can be irritating to the skin.
Keep it Circular
Apply products in a soft, circular pattern starting from your neck and slowly moving upward.
Take your Time
Spend at least two full minutes of cleansing and rinsing face.
Splish Splash repeatedly
Rinse your clean face with at least 10 splashes of lukewarm water.
Use Clean Cloths
Use a fresh cloth each and every time you dry your face to prevent the spread of bacteria.
Dry pat your face, do not RUB. Rubbing skin can cause irritation.
