Keep Your Hands Away
It’s tempting to touch and pick at those blemishes, but this will only make your skin so much worse in the long run. Train yourself to keep your hands away from your face at all costs. You have oil and bacteria on your hands that will clog your pores and lead to breakouts. You could also be transferring bacteria on your face to other pores that are currently blemish-free. Most young people will grow out of their bad skin breakouts. However, dealing with them into adulthood really requires you to think about how you’re taking care of your skin and body. With a little bit of effort, you can be on the road to healthier and clearer skin.
